Rockit Pro DJ: Rockit is licensed as follows: You are entitled to use it on your main DJ computer, as well as one additional computer for backup purposes only - provided you are the only user running it at any given time. If you have other people or DJs that you want to use Rockit software, you must purchase a license for each user. Rockit has monitoring functionality built in, and we can monitor usage of your particular copy of Rockit, and reserve the right to shut down any and all copies using your registration information and/or the full version download we provide to you, if we find you have abused the terms of the license.
RockBox Jukebox: RockBox is licensed on a per computer basis, meaning that you can only install it on a single computer for each license purchased. There are two types of licenses available for RockBox; commercial, and home use. If you are using for commercial basis, e.g. a rentable jukebox, selling a jukebox with the software pre-installed, etc., you must purchase the commercial license. If you will be using strictly in your home, for your own personal listening pleasure, then you can purchase the home license.
Multi Zone Audio: Licensed on a per computer basis, meaning that you can only install it on a single computer for each license purchased.
Remote Request System: Licensed on a per computer basis, meaning that you can only install it on a single computer for each license purchased.
We provide unlock instructions for all our software in the email you receive after purchasing. Please read the ENTIRE SoftJock Order Confirmation email, as the unlock instructions are located near the bottom of the email.
All our software comes with free minor version upgrades. For example, Rockit Pro DJ V4.2 -- 4 is the major version, and 2 is the minor version, so if you purchased version 4.1 of Rockit, you are entitled to a free upgrade to V4.2. We only charge an upgrade fee when we move to the next major version, and that is usually the price differential between the two major versions.
Because of the nature of downloadable software, once we have sent a registration code, we are unable to refund a transaction. You can trial the software for as long as you like prior to purchasing it, so we think this is a fair policy for both you and our company.
We offer volume discounts on 3 or more licenses of a software product (purchased at the same time). Please contact us via our support page for additional information and pricing, and we will invoice you for the amount agreed upon.
Your privacy is assured with us, as we do not handle any of the payment details, do not see your credit card information, etc. Our payment processing companies are two of the best and most reputable in the world. We do not give, rent or sell your email address or any other information to anyone.
