If you receive a Runtime error when starting Rockit V5, it means your computer shut down when Rockit was still running, and the skin config was not saved. Download and run our diagnostic program, and choose Reset Skin to fix it (applies to V5 only).

Note: Because our developers take support calls directly, they will not pick up caller ID blocked incoming calls, so they are not disturbed by telemarketers, salesman, etc. If you have your phone number blocked, you will be sent to our answering service, so please leave a message or email us (please leave your name, number and brief summary of the issue)
